Arkansas is now 5-1 [3-0 SEC]. Play Ole Miss this Saturday in Fayetteville. With one more win, the Hogs are going "bowling".
Time seems to go by so fast. It seems like only yesterday that I saw him being born. I still remember his 2 teeth that shocked even the doctor. We knew then that this kid was going to be special. And, he is!
Around here, I am not known as Chris. I am known as "Daniel's Daddy!"
Happy Birthday, my son! I love you very much!
I can't take credit for this picture. It was taken by my good friend David Shirk.
Daniel is the sunshine on a cloudy day. I find myself staring at him, wondering what I did to deserve a wonderful son like him. He is so tenderhearted. He was listening to the story of Joseph, in Chinese of course, and began to cry. He looked at Becky and said, "Mommy, why did his brothers be mean to him?" Becky told him to listen to the rest of the story. At the end, we began to talk to him about forgiveness. He understood the meaning of forgiveness and even stated that he, too, would have forgiven his "sister."
It seems he always have the right words or actions to make me happy when I feel sad. In many ways, Daniel is my source of strength.
